Whether it’s for aftersales services or to purchase a used car, we pride ourselves on delivering the highest standards of customer service and to do this we employ motivated, dedicated and hardworking staff.
Our trusted reputation means we’re growing rapidly and are now looking for a highly motivated and professional Senior Service Advisor. This role requires someone with a keen eye for detail plus great people and communication skills. You must take a distinct pride in the care of our customers and their vehicle, recognising that all aspects and interactions within the role lead to the enhanced customer experience our customers are seeking.

- Full, valid driving licence essential
- A well-presented individual seeking to achieve the highest standards in everything you do
- You will need to be professional, polite and passionate about providing exceptional levels of customer service to ensure our customers return again and again
- Flexible in your approach to achieving targets, liaising with our service and MOT team and assisting other team members
- A team player with a good sense of humour ;-)
- Outstanding people and communication skills whether with customers, internal team members or external suppliers
- Competent customer relationship management both face to face and via a dedicated automotive CRM system
- A strong desire to assist our customers to maintain our excellent after sales reputation
- Good computer and telephone skills
- Background knowledge in the automotive industry is preferred
This role would suit someone looking for progression opportunities and to grow with the company. It requires someone who is prepared to take responsibility, a self-starter with exceptional organisational skills, an easy communicator with a keen eye for detail, ideally has a strong interest in cars and takes pride in both their own reputation and that of their employer. A genuine pride in the presentation of every vehicle as well as the business surroundings, recognising that all aspects of the role lead to an enhanced customer experience.
Interaction is expected externally with suppliers, customers and potential customers and internally across all business departments and at all levels, including but not limited to, reception, sales, service, parts, MOT and marketing.
